It's always a great feeling watching the new Jeep line up grow. However, the new SUV has been meet with some contention from long-time Jeep enthusiast who don't necessarily care for the Cherokee's smooth design.

There are, however, many features that consumers find appealing regardless of the aesthetics. One exciting characteristic is the fact the 2014 Jeep Cherokee is super efficient, achieving 31 mpg on the highway, mostly due to its new nine-speed automatic transmission. For comparison, that's a 45% increase over the outgoing Liberty model.
